RING SIZING
All new purchases come with free ring sizing (we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for sizes greater than +/- 3 sizes of the original ring size). Please note that rings which have been sized or modified in any way are non-refundable/non-returnable. If you are unsure of your purchase, I recommend ordering the ring as is and having it sized by your local jeweler. This will permit you to return the unsized ring if you change your mind within the allotted time frame. Plus, having your ring sized locally can often ensure a better fit.
MADE-TO-ORDER VS READY-TO-SHIP
Ready-to-Ship pieces are in-stock which have already been crafted and are ready to ship immediately (unless it's a ring that needs to be sized, then please allow 3-5 business days for that before it can ship).
Made-to-Order are pieces which are made once you have placed an order. These pieces are treated similarly to a custom piece. You will have 24 hours to cancel your order from the time it was initially placed. After this point, you will be responsible for the finished piece. Made-to Order pieces are not returnable and constitute a final sale after the 24 hour grace period after the purchase date.
PRICING ERRORS
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any purchase for any reason including, but not limited to a pricing error on the site, wrong product information, etc.
