Items which are in stock ship within 3 business days of order with the exception of rings which need to be sized. In that case, please allow 5-7 business days for your ring to be sized and shipped. However, some pieces are made to order and can require up to 3-4 weeks to ship. In either case, this is noted on the product page, but if you still have questions kindly send us an email. If you are in a rush for your piece and need faster shipping, please contact us to discuss your needs.
All pieces come with free shipping within the U.S. (either via USPS Priority or UPS/FedEx depending on the value of the item). All packages will require a signature for delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your piece. Items in original new condition, unused, and unworn in the original box may be exchanged or returned and refunded within seven (7) days of the receipt of the piece (except items that are final sale). Items may be returned within fifteen (15) days for instore merchandise credit only, no refunds.
Restocking fees of 10% of the total purchase will be charged for any returned items. Restocking fees only apply to credit card and financed purchases. Restocking fees do not apply for items returned for exchange or store credit.
Jewelry that has been altered in any way including rings that have been sized and any customized or custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.
Any shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
INITIATING A RETURN
To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include the reason for the return and whether you wish to have an exchange or be issued store credit in your email. Once you have a RA#, your item must be shipped within 15 days of receipt of that number. The item must be returned in its original packaging and original, unworn condition and must also be accompanied by the original receipt. Jewelry that shows signs of use or wear cannot be returned. You will need to mark your RA# clearly on the outside of the package you are returning along with your return address. If there is no RA#, the package will be declined and returned at the customer's expense. Customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses and must also insure the piece for it's full purchase price. Please note the following exceptions to our exchange/store credit return policy:
The customer is responsible for properly packing the piece to ensure it is not damaged or lost during shipping. Customer is responsible for the condition of the jewelry being returned as it is received by Erich Christopher Designs, LLC.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and the store credit will not be granted.
